Registration involves three steps. Please make sure you complete all of them.

Registration at Granlibakken, all participants must use this link to register at Granlibakken. Accommodation is also arranged through that link, see the room rates and what is included in the cost below. Note: meals and many of the conference expenses are part of the accommodation package. You need to register with Granlibakken and pay a fee to cover these costs even if you are arranging lodging independently. Please check with Granlibakken prior to reserving an offsite accommodation to understand the financial cost of such an arrangement. More details are also below on this website.

Room rates at Granlibakken
The full package includes
5 nights of lodging (Standard or Deluxe room).
Dinner on day of arrival, 3 meals per day for every full day thereafter, and breakfast and lunch on the day of departure.
Complimentary parking.
High-speed resort-wide WiFi.
Use of pool, hot tub, and tennis courts.
Standard Room rates including room and dining package
Single Occupancy: $355 per night including tax and service fees. The full conference would be $1,775.00
Double Occupancy: $271.74 per night including tax and service fees. The full conference would be $1,358.70 per person.
Deluxe Room rates including room and dining package
Single Occupancy: $467.34 including taxes and service fees. The full conference stay would be $2,336.70
Double Occupancy: $344.43 per person per day including taxes and service fees. The full conference stay would be $1,722.15 per person.
Conference only fee
$234.15 per night (after taxes and service fees) includes all conference meals and drinks, and all meeting facilities fees.
Required for any participant who will be attending the meeting but not booking lodging through Granlibakken Tahoe.
Must register for this at least 30 days prior to the event start date.
Spouse/guest
$140.61 per night (after taxes and service fees) includes all conference meals and drinks.
Must share the same room as the participant who will pay the single occupancy rate.
FAQ
What is the deadline for attendees to add a guest to their room booking?
May 9 if they’re getting the food package, if not, then there is no deadline.
Is it possible to have two separate receipts from Granlibakken: one for the regular room booking, and another for the guest cost?
Yes, they can have the guest fees off the main receipt and on the individual bill.
Are there going to be vegetarian/vegan options for the conference meals, and if so, what are they?
Yes! We’re collecting all the dietary through the sign up portal which will affect our menus choices (e.g., if there are a lot of vegetarians then we might add another veggie option).
