The abstract submission deadline for oral presentations is Sunday, March 16, 2025, 11:59 pm Pacific Time.

Notification to authors of oral abstract acceptance will be Monday, March 24, 2025. (Note that early registration ends on Monday, March 31, 2025.) Abstracts not accepted for oral presentation will be offered the option to be presented as posters.

The abstract submission deadline for posters is Monday, May 5, 2025, 11:59 pm Pacific Time.

The following MS Word template (download template) should be used for both oral and poster submissions.

The submitted abstract should be a one-page PDF document that follows the instructions described in the template.

Please name the file as PRESENTING_AUTHORS_FIRST_AND_LAST_NAME.pdf, e.g., JANE_DOE.pdf. If you are submitting more than one abstract, add a number after your name.

Please email the abstract to info_icck2025@lbl.gov .

In the subject line write your name and preference for oral/poster abstract submission, e.g., "Jane Doe oral abstract".
